Backorder items: Allow 5-7 business days for dispatch and 1-2 business days for delivery.
We ship through Australia Express Post, you can contact us for a tracking number. All our orders require a signature at delivery.
Shipping is free for VIP members and orders over $150, and $10 for orders under $150.
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or sensitivity to the product / allergic reaction. If unsure we can offer a complementary teleconsultation done by Skype / Facetime / Whatsapp. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
If you received a product in error or the product is faulty, Shift Cosmetic will replace the product and pay for any postal charges. Products that are returned must be unopened and in good condition. All returns must be requested within 14 days from the day of receiving your order.
We do not take responsibility should you submit an authority to leave for an undelivered order.
