Deposit and Cancellation Policy
We require a $50 AUD deposit for any booking including consultations. The consultation fee is waived if the treatment is performed on the day and cannot be used for future treatments.
We require a 20% deposit for any thread lift treatment upon booking.
Treatments involving bio-stimulators (cellulite treatments and skin tightening treatments) require a 50% deposit and is not refundable or transferable.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment this can be done up to 48 hours from your booking time free of charge.
Any changes or no shows later than 48 hour Shift Cosmetic reserves the right to retain your deposit. In case of pre paid treatment the whole amount for the procedure will be forfeited.
Any change of mind or should you find the same service cheaper elsewhere will not entitle the consumer to any refund.
All the refunds are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
We strive to deliver the highest standards in terms of experience and results, however it is your responsibility to disclose any relevant information that may affect the treatment / results. It is also imperative to have realistic expectations so we highly encourage you to discuss your expected results with the health professional.
You agree not to provide misleading or false information and you also agree to indemnify us against any claim made against Shift Cosmetic Clinics as a result of your non compliance with our terms and conditions.
Pre paid treatments are not refundable and not transferable to other individuals and are valid for 12 months.
You agree to these terms and conditions by purchasing pre paid treatments.
As a model you are entitled to a 20% discount at the following conditions:
You give Shift Cosmetic Clinics, its assigns, successors, licensees, legal representatives, employees and agents the irrevocable right to use your name/photograph/ image/audio recording/video recording and likeness in all forms and manner (“My Image”) for the purposes of advertising, media publicity, publication, general display or for any other university purposes in whole or in part, including but not limited to publication on internet web sites, broadcasts and any other publications as released to or by Shift Cosmetic Clinics (“Publication”).
You waive any interest that you may have in the copyright to Your Image now or at any future time and acknowledge that You are not entitled, nor shall in the future be entitled, to receive any payment or consideration in respect of it and agree to make no claim against Shift Cosmetic Clinics for any payments for the Publication of Your Image.
You understand that Shift cosmetic Clinics cannot control unauthorised use of Your Image by persons not associated with Shift Cosmetic Clinics upon the Publication of Your Image. You forever waive any right to inspect or approve any Publication of Your Image by Shift Cosmetic Clinics. You release and indemnify Shift Cosmetic Clinics from any loss, damage, costs, expense, or claim (including consequential loss) connected with the Publication of Your Image, including action for defamation, libellous material, breach of privacy, or copyright.
You will be charged full price before treatment and you will receive a refund equal to the 20% discount when you will attend your review appointment and after allowing our staff to take after treatment photos and/or videos.
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or sensitivity to the product / allergic reaction. If unsure we can offer a complementary teleconsultation done by Skype / Facetime / Whatsapp. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
If you received a product in error or the product is faulty, Shift Cosmetic will replace the product and pay for any postal charges. Products that are returned must be unopened and in good condition. All returns must be requested within 14 days from the day of receiving your order.
We do not take responsibility should you submit an authority to leave for an undelivered order.
All orders placed on Public Holidays, on Friday or after 4pm Sydney time will be shipped on the following business day.
We do not ship internationally, if you have placed an order you will be refunded the following business day.
We deliver through Australia Post. Tracking number will be provided upon request.
All our gift vouchers must be redeemed by 12 months from date of purchase.
Gift vouchers are non refundable and non transferable.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Cash will not be given for any unused balance.
In accordance with TGA policy on advertising, certain categories of medications such as anti wrinkles and dermal filler cannot have their name advertised. In addition, it is illegal to run seasonal discounts on these types of medications. Please contact us for further information.
Our packages have no expiry date and are not considered seasonal discounts.
New client is defined as someone that has never attended our clinic before.
All the offers we run do not apply to packages.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
